Aromasin Dosage

Hi there I'm on my first cycle of Test C, for 12-16 weeks. I'm taking HCG as well.

I just picked up an AI as per austinite's recommendation, this one is called "Aromasin". The pills are 25mg each.

What dosage do you recommend and why?

I am finding a lot of contradictory information out there for example.

1. Don't take an AI unless you see signs of gyno (wouldn't you want to take a SERM in this case??)

2. Take Aromasin every day.

3. Take Aromasin once every 3 to 5 days.

Any information from people who have take it would be nice. Thank you!

1. Always take your AI. Waiting for signs is like wearing a seatbelt after you get in a wreck.
2. Yes, daily.
3. Aromasin is not that powerful and not long lived. 25mg daily is needed for most.

None of this matters as it is very individualistic with plenty of variables. Important thing is, take your dose, and get blood work to verify dose is working. That's it.

About getting blood work done, what kind of tests should I have the labs run? I live in Canada, I just don't want to be busted for anything. This is all very new to me.

Also when you donate blood half-way through your cycle, does the red/blue cross call the cops when your it's obvious you're taking testosterone?

Not sure about Canada, but I recommend the following in my "First Cycle" thread.

Blood work you need (at minimum):

1. Testosterone, Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)

Here is my recommended blood work timing:

Pre-Cycle blood work: 2 weeks prior to cycle.
Mid-Cycle blood work: 7 to 8 weeks into a 12 week cycle. Or 5 weeks into an 8 weeker.
Post-Cycle blood work: 6 weeks after PCT.
