Please reply quick, 2nd inject and LOTS of blood, almost passed out, very worried

    Hi,

My first injection went seemingly perfect.

A few minutes ago I just did my 2nd injection. I injected about an inch into my thigh (I read numerous guides and am confident I had a good location). I aspirated, and got no blood at all in the syringe, just some small bubbles. So I went ahead and began injecting.

Almost instantly after starting to inject, I started to feel a bit light headed. I finished my injection and then pulled the needle out.

Immediately, two things happened at the same time. I very quickly felt extremely light headed, and tingly all over my face. My vision began to get dark around the edges and it happened so fast I thought "this is it."

But also, I was bleeding like CRAZY from the injection site. I mean, literally at least a handful if not more of blood. It was absolutely everywhere. It stopped within a few minutes on it's own without applying pressure.

So... what happened? Did I inject into a vein? I made sure to aspirate . Also, I did my best not to move the needle at all during the injection so as not to hit a vein.

Most importantly, do I need to go to ER? I still don't feel very well although my vision returned and my face is no longer tingly. My chest still feels quite tight.

Are there any long-term health effects of accidentally injecting into my vein?

PS: It was just testosterone enanthalate 250 mg

I've had a few squirt blood pretty good and I've also felt it in my lungs and body immediately after injecting. I always knew I got it I'm right when I felt it lol. Don't know if I'm suppose to feel that. Seems like when I take tren it does it often. You may be feeling like your going to pass out from being anxious from the shot. Just my two cents. Curios on what others say

you simply nicked a vein. don't worry you'll be fine, but not sure how fine you'll be after this cycle! what are your stats and what is your cycle protocol?

sounds like you injected in a vein but you said you did aspirate so I really don't know man. With what you described it would almost have to be I would think.

sounds like he went through the vein and injected or probably hit a nerve.

I'm thinking I might have hit a nerve. After re comparing my injection site to pictures, it looks like I might have been a bit too close to the centre, and I remember as I was inserting the needle it was going fine and then suddenly I hit SOMETHING and I really can't explain the feeling.. felt a bit like an electric collar for dogs but just once, and it went away.

what do you think caused his light headedness when he started injecting? LIke with his vision, wouldn't that be a bloodflow related problem or can nerves do that too? I don't know im asking?

He got nervous. Thinking about metal penetrating muscle. Fear he would hit something. I would almost blackout at the Dr office every time getting a shot. Crazy. I can pin myself 2 x a day ed now. But back then just thinking of it. Cold sweat tunnel vision bam.

I'm betting the light headed state was from jabbing himself for his second time ever. First time he had the adrenaline of taking steroids for the first time counter acting his nervousness to needles and probably blood. I've seen them pass out with the needle in before even before it got close to them. I get light headed every now and then and I've stuck myself loads

I'm wondering too. The light headedness definitely started before any bleeding whatsoever, and on top of that I've seen lots of blood before without any problem so I really doubt I was "feinting." I've never feinted before in my life, so I'm thinking I must have injected into a vein. I might not have aspirated enough, I pulled back on the syringe about 5 millimeters and waited about 2 seconds without seeing any blood enter the syringe. I guess next time I'll pull back further and wait longer.

PS: Thank-you to everyone for the help and comments. They definitely helped ease my mind.

wow, it never really bothered me that much. I mean, its not like you are cutting your own throat lol....creepy. I remember my first pin after a really long time. I just thought "am I actually doing this..." lol but would never faint or pass out. Seems a little strange to me. My wife is the same way, absolutely hates needles. To each his own, I respect .

Just be careful OP you will do fine just remember to do plenty of research

If you injected into a vein you would have started coughing badly. You don't have to pull back farther or longer if there is blood it will enter the barrel. You may have never fainted before but how many times have you stuck yourself slowly with a needle and saw it protruding from you. It was nerves. You will be fine the more you do it.

I'd say u penetrated a nerve which hay have involuntarily caused your body to go into minor shock of its own accord and went thru a vein close to the surface. I've been aas for quite sometime n only a few weeks back went white as a sheet. Lolz. Knew I was fine so don't worry about it. This afternoon I Musta gone through a vein close to my end penetration point cuz I really felt it in my lungs. Again for the first time. N I've hit a vein on aspiration n just shot it back in from a different spot with no problem. N I do all my own pinning. N In various areas too with no probs. Juss be careful n follow procedure its nothing to worry over.

OK, well, as long as there wasn't any major chance of death or anything like that I guess I don't really care if I feinted or not. Either way I know this has helped me to be more cautious and was ultimately beneficial.

Thank-you very much to everyone for your help. You were more helpful than you eve know
