    My Second Cycle - Test/Deca/Anadrol

    Stats-
    Height: 5ft 8"
    Weight: 130lbs
    Age: 22
    BF%: 14%

    Gear-
    Test E
    Deca 250
    Anadrol 50
    hCG
    NAC
    Nolvadex
    Clomid
    Arimidex

    Cycle-

    - Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
    Deca 250 @ ? mg every ? days (?mg/week total)
    hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
    Arimidex @ 0.25 mg every other day (from day 2 up until PCT starts)
    - Week 1 to 4: Anadrol 50 @ 50 mg every day
    - Week 14 to 18: Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20


    Any help fine tuning my above cycle would be fantastic!

    Weighed 127lbs before his first cycle so a whopping gain of 3lbs in 5 months and one cycle!!!!

    Please, if you train hard and eat right you can be 200 lbs in 12 months. No risks and no danger. I was a lot smaller and got up to 260lbs naturally before I used any thing and started using age 50!

    Ok I am not saying wait till 50 but please learn how to eat and train first!

    Yeah I've sorted out my diet over these past 2-3 weeks, took a while :S
    I'm not sure what you meant about 127lbs but I did my first cycle at 16, 6 years ago now, but I don't remember my stats back then, way too long ago now

    And guys, it's not news to me about my height/weight/age factor, I'm very well aware that with a good diet and hard training I'll make quick gains considering my size but I'm defs going through with my cycle, I defs appreciate the positive advice but I've made up my mind.

    Any advice in reworking my cycle please do contribute <3 Don't flood my thread <3!

    You're 110% correct there John, I can't argue that friend.

    Please know I'm well aware that considering my height/weight and age, it is not in my best interest whatsoever to be using or going anywhere near AAS, this I am very, very well aware of.
    But I'm not asking whether or not I should use them, I can answer that question myself, the answer is no.
    If I plan my diet well and eat accordingly whilst training hard I will put on massive gains naturally, I know that for a fact, so rest assured anyone posting in the next few hours with more preaching and motherly-words just know that I already know.

    I've been in and out of threads for a good 5-6 years reading and reading, making notes after notes and then more reading, I don't know why I want to cycle after knowing what I know now, maybe it's me being stubborn, I'm not sure.
    I've made my mind up and am posting for assistance, that's all. Leave the preaching and the worrying to my family and friends, they already do enough of that

    So, cycle advice regarding dosage, please, anyone?

    On that note, would I inject deca twice a week or divide it into smaller dosages and inject 3-4 times per week?

    Doesn't matter when was your cycle or if you cycled yet, but remember that you will lose everything that you'll gain.

    Somebody without perfect diet and workout plan have no business with AAS!

    That's why I have a perfect diet and workout plan

    My very first thread was me asking for a diet critique, which I acquired in the diet section, it took a solid 2-3 weeks of putting a plan together but it's looking great! =D
    I do have my eating and training plan already set, my very last thread was inquiring about my cycle, this thread.
    Like I said man, I've done all of my homework, the only gains I'll be keeping are the gains I've acquired lifting, so maybe 10-20% if I'm lucky, depends if I can stick to my diet or not, that's the hardest part haha

    Ok, so you still only gained 3lbs in 5 months and you are trying to bulk. 5 months ago you made a thread about starting your first cycle, you weighed 127lbs. Now, all of a sudden you did one at 16.

    Stick with your sorted diet for the next 12 months then see where you are.

    You'll get no recommendation to cycle here with those stats. Rework your cycle to this

    Weeks 1-52 riceosterone 600g per day, chickenabol 600g per day, beefbolone 300g per day

    Don't forget your on cycle ancillaries of green veggies and 2 eggs, every day.

    If you are not gaining from your diet, it is not that good that you think!

    ...if you are not gaining off cycle, why do you think you will on cycle?? Or you are fine with crappy water weight??

    First Timer Cycle Advice
    Hi friends , I've recently become a member *woo-hoo!*

    Alright so I've read tons of Stickies posted by Vets/Mods which were fantastic and have answered most of my questions and uncertainties, so I won't bore you with good newb questions "which steroid should I take <-- Lol"

    In-hand I've got:
    Test. E. 10ml x2 (20ml)
    Dbol 10mg x200
    Clomid
    Arimidex
    Nolvadex
    Bridge
    Unleash
    HCGenerate


    Stats-

    Age: 22
    Height: 5'8.5"
    Weight: 127lbs
    BF%: 6.6% (results via blbodyfatcalculator) I'll defs see my GP though for a real figure.
    Cycle Exp: Theory wise, high (never attempted a cycle)
    Goal for this cycle: Considering my stats? Wanting to bulk.
    PCT Knowledge: Average
    Diet: I'm working on a dietary plan, however, my metabolism is so ridiculously fast it's just insane so I have to find something suitable.


    What are your thoughts? =]

    Post up your diet and daily meal plans, and we'll let you know if your diet is anywhere near "perfect". Same thing with your workout plans. You do not have any sort of solid base to even consider starting an AAS cycle. I'm slightly older than you at 24, 5'10", roughly 185-190lbs, 8% body fat, and I have NEVER done a cycle because I still don't consider myself to be ready. I was a hard-gainer as well and weighed in at a mere 136lbs only 4 years ago. Guess what? I started lurking here on the forums before finally making an account and reading up on everything.

    I guarantee you I have done MUCH more research than you and am astronomically more knowledgeable than you, because the logical conclusion for me, and from what I gathered from all of the threads on here, was I needed to get my diet and workout routine together and stick with it for a couple of years. I did exactly that and saw the results I needed to see. Will I still use AAS? Probably. Eventually. But I sure as hell am going to have a solid base to work with, and I sure as hell am not going to lose my gains like you will.

    I hate calling people out, but you're an idiot. Put the juice in a lockbox and keep it there for when you actually are ready. The "extremely fast metabolism" excuse does not work. I know because I used the exact same excuse when I was considering starting a steroid cycle at almost the exact same body type as you only a couple of years ago. The difference between you and me is that I actually listened to the advice that EVERY member gives on here, and I actually saw the results that were promised. Make a thread in the diet/nutrition section and get a solid base so you don't injure yourself.

    I agree that before using aas we need a certain base. I don't believe that anyone can attain 190-200 lbs naturally(with low bf), but SERIOUSLY!! 130 lbs...

    ... You may have serious health problem if you TRULY eat and train well enough.

    I'm not bashing on you but that is serious lightweight right here... no kidding 130 even at 3% bf is wait too light... there is no way in earth that you are ready for aas...

    Get examine by a doc ASAP to see if you have any health problem, and until then, eat! goddamn EAT!!

    No one cares if you have the greatest diet ever! you have to follow it for long enough to be able to keep it going during cycle...
    2-3 weeks just tell us that you only want to cycle get a little bigger and do no effort whatsoever.

    By doing that you are HIGHLY risking your health for absolutely no reason...

    Learn to eat!! ALOT!!! and if you already doing it(for at least 6month) and still no growing...
    Go see a doctor you may have a serious health issue...

    For your own sake... stop thinking about steroids...
