That's why I have a perfect diet and workout plan
My very first thread was me asking for a diet critique, which I acquired in the diet section, it took a solid 2-3 weeks of putting a plan together but it's looking great! =D
I do have my eating and training plan already set, my very last thread was inquiring about my cycle, this thread.
Like I said man, I've done all of my homework, the only gains I'll be keeping are the gains I've acquired lifting, so maybe 10-20% if I'm lucky, depends if I can stick to my diet or not, that's the hardest part haha
