EXTREME crash coming off long test cycle
Stats
25 y.o.
218 lbs 10% body fat
4th cycle
Okay, so i ran a real long cycle of Test-E and Test-C (i switched them on and off throughout) but i did 500mgs/wk for the past 9 months. The first half of the cycle i took arimidex every third day.
I am now beginning my 4th week coming off and experiencing allthe usual symptoms. For PCT im doing clomid 100 mgs first ten days then 50 for the next 6 weeks. Im also doing nolvadex same deal 40/40/20/20 etc. I was not able to get HCG i ordered it and got ripped off on it twice so after so much frustration i just came the hell off
I dont know why but the crash im feeling is epic. I have almost zero energy and want to be in bed or seated whenever possible.
I have very little desire to do virtually anything; especially hobbies or physical tasks. Feeling very depressed and would rather be asleep than awake, however I feel that each day is getting a spec better than the last. The screwed up part is that my libido is not completely shot - i still have a low level of libido left and can feel my hormones bouncing around trying to achieve hhomeostasis. I am even still able to masturbate on a bi-weekly basis, but what in the hell is causing this insane energy crash??
I have come off long cycles without HCG in the past and it was ways the opposite - i would have very low sex drive for a little while after the cycle and that was it. Never have i felt this level of fatigue and a blatant disregard for life. When i am awale i feel nausea, dizziness, and just plain blah. Then for some reason at night i begin to feel normal again. Is this just a side effect of the clomid??? Should/could I take clomid at night instead of when i wale up?

The 2 most important words I was looking for were missing: Blood Work.
You probably either have estrogen related issues and/or mud for blood (High Hematocrit).~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

So bloodwork is the only way to figure anything out?
No one else has ever felt this??

Yes. That's a responsibility that you owe to yourself. Your symptoms are all too common and could be various things. If it's your high hematocrit level, which I'm confident are high after cycling for 9 months, then you could be in great danger. You could develop a clot and die, for example. So you'll need a Complete Blood Count (CBC) panel asap.
The other issue could be estrogen. However, both high and low estrogen share many similar side effects. So diagnosis by symptoms would prove to be fruitless.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

It sounds like your test levels are just low, and recovery will be tough since your testes went unused for 9 months (without HCG ).
Oh, and clomid can cause dizziness and nausea, which is why I recommend you drop it to 50 mg throughout.

Lmaooo exactly dude...i have done this once before when I was 23 like a retard also and recovered fine., im starting to get morning wood again but we'll see. I cut my dose of clomid in half to 50mg ed. I think the initial cortisol crash is starting to fade, im starting to feel better. Test levels probably nowhere near the appropriate number but yeah, the energy crash is going away.

How many times do you think you can do this? Get some blood work.

I am 6'0. I have only done this one other time, for 9 months and it was the same thing...500mg wk of test E steadily...my other cycles lasted nowheres nearly as long as these two. My results from each of these were very good gains, the longer i stayed on cycle i felt as if the easier it was for me to build size, and strength gains were not bad either. I noticed also my body getting very lean simply just from doing my physical job during the day (construction: carpentry). Between having a physical job and being a weightlifting enthusiast it was difficult to have the discipline to come off.
How many times do i think i can do this? Ha - ZERO. I as the OP am very embarassed of going 9 months without HCG and remember the last time i did this i swore i would never cycle again without HCG. I was somewhat suprised of my timely recovery from this the last time however i feel as if im recovering quicker this time around (due to the fact that PCT ladt time came from a shady source and was probably not as legit as what i have now).

Bloodwork that i had done 6 weeks after my PCT of the last idiotic 9 month marathon cycle. My ng/dl was 778. @ 23y.o. told the doc i was using gear and to let me know if any othrr irregularities were present in the results. He said I was fine so I suppose i took his word for it.

Sounds pretty reckless op. You seem to be more concerned with libido and energy. What about serious health concerns? Did you get blood work throughout the cycle? Hopefully your estro wasn't high for 9 months!

People can do long cycles but IMOP not good at a young age. It is not healthy and you don't need it. Also you have to know what and how to do this and expecting to stop at some time with a planned protocol for this. I am doing it but I'm older and have different physical needs and body situation.
You are much too young tom even think about what you have done. In your case I would not know what to do so listen to the people in the know about TRT and the protocol to have your system come back after some time. You just might suffer some unwanted consequences but be patient be conscientious and thorough with the plan as advised. ...crazy mike
Answer honestly all the questions the Vets and the knowledgeable people ask so they can give you the proper advise. Don't hold back on any embarrassing things you may have done. WE are here to help ...crazy mikeLast edited by crazy mike; 09-15-2013 at 01:15 PM.
