    Young and just started trt

The reason i started trt was - Zero Libido, ED, Muscle atrophy, memory fog, Depression, Anxiety and digestive issues.... The list could go on.
Ive just started trt treatment for low t/hyper-g...i am about 5 weeks in currently taking dosage of about 200mg every two weeks, i already know this is a horrible administration of trt and plan on discussing with my doctor weekly injections of a lesser amount 125-150 per week..

My question is that i still feel as thought im not getting the much from it, i know its from e2 spikes, so far i have been using zinc supplementation which helps to lower it slightly, but still libido and sex drive hasnt returned.....should i speak to my doc about trying a low dose of arimidex to help?

Also i am carrying more junk in my trunk than i used to before this whole mess begun..

Get bloodwork done, it's the only way to know what's going on.

Low estrogen has similar effects to high estrogen and with out bloodwork you are trying to fix something without knowing the cause

    Wrong section.

What is hyper-G ? Please spell that out.

Why are you on TRT? What caused low T?

5 Weeks is not enough time to evaluate.

as cutting king said, get a full bloodwork done to actually see what is wrong. most likely though its from high e2 levels

i assume you mean hypogonadism ps depending on the ester on the test it could be a perfectly fine protocol for administration

Every other week is not perfectly fine. It's absurd.
You need complete BW in another week or so.
Make sure you obtain a sensitive E2 assay.
A list of BW is in the Finding A Doc sticky in the HRT Forum.

DIM and zinc is a good first step in mitigating E sides along with a more effective protocol.

I'm doing low dose TRT injections twice per week. Any change in my treatment resulted in a 6 week run and re-test, I did this for months before I was finally "dialed in"

Sold anywhere. Just hit google. Always best to get by without adex if possible on TRT. Less is more.

Ok cool I appreciate the advice. I will stay away from it, I have heard some stories that have put me off it, I have just gone from 200mg every two weeks to 125mg a week, hoping this will give me a stabler mood an consistency.... I haven't done any bloods while on the 200mgs but I'm pretty sure I'm quite sensitive to elevated e2, and with the 200mg every two weeks a lot of it probably aromatises into estrogen in that first week.

Also did you find it actually worked during this way as a posed to larger doses less frequently

Worked the same, just more level level's vs up and down, smaller spikes = less side effects, I was having real bad skin issues.
