    When to start next cycle?

    Hey everyone,

Just wanting some advice on when to start my next cycle.

My previous cycle was Test E 750mg p/w for 14 weeks. This was back in July and I have since had bloods done and all my levels are back to normal.

Good results, although my I did slip on my diet and ended up putting on quite a bit of fat. I also realised that at that dose I must be extra DHT sensitive as I lost a lot of hair and began receding fast. I am now using a nizoral shampoo/finasteride/minoxodil combo to try and stop the hair loss/hopefully grow some back.

My next cycle will consist of:
    1-15 - 500mg Test C
    8-15 - 100mg Var

PCT will consist of standard Nolva protocol only (always worked perfectly for me). I also have some arimidex on hand incase bloat gets out of hand. Ive never needed it before but as I am cutting Ill use it if I need to.

My bodyfat is high at the moment (15-20%) - when would be a good idea to commence my cycle? I really want to take advantage of the var towards to end to help dry me out and so I dont want to waste it by taking it too early while Im still fat.

Would it be a good idea to start the test now as I will have a good 8 weeks to cut the fat before I start the var? Or is my bf still too high for even that?

Also, at 500mg (plus my current hair loss regimen) should my hair be safe/ish?

    Thanks!

Time on + wait time for PCT + PCT time = Time Off. Start counting the day after your last PCT day.

Hair is never safe if you carry the gene, otherwise you've got nothing to worry about. Muscle is far more important than hair

So if time on is 16 week, wait time for PCT is 2 weeks, PCT is 3 weeks-- You can start your cycle after waiting 21 weeks? So basically a 5 month break.

Cut your BF% first. Test is not a diet drug. Use good nutrition to achieve your goal percentage, then begin.
    HCG during cycle.
Arimidex needs to be used, not just on hand. Don't judge E sides by gyno only. E's more insidious effects are internal, not external.
Add clomid to pct. It makes sense.

correct. And your PCT better not be only 3 weeks long after a 16 week cycle, lol.

How long should a PCT be on a 16 week cycle?

So you changed from an initial 8 week first cycle to 12 weeks and now plan on 16weeks?

At least a 12 week, possibly 16. From everything I read, and everyone I talked to 8 week is just the bare amount of what you would want to do-- with 4 weeks barely doing anything at all. Good memory!
