Low teens? How low? Anyway, any body fat in the "teens" would need a miracle to get to 5% BF. All of the compounds combined won't even do that.

I think you need to realign your goals and expectations. This is an impossible task.

    14% absolute tops.

Maybe 5% was a bit of an exaggeration, 6-7% is fine im just wanting to get peeled.

Cutting 5-6% BF in 12 weeks time is a impossible task?

I am 82kg atm, i have 12 weeks which i would like to drop 7-8kg of Fat, that is extremely do-able i would imagine as a natural even, with the help of assisted fat burners even better.

Man.... not even 9%. Seriously, I'm not trying to kill your hope, but I want you to be realistic. There's no way to do this safely. You'd have to get on one of those reality shows where you live in a jungle and eat bugs for 12 weeks.

The problem isn't just the expectation, it's also that you have no idea where you stand. Most people "assume" they're leaner than they actually are. Don't play guessing games when you're setting goals for yourself. that's a surefire way to fail. Get your BF tested properly and find out where you stand.

Have you seen 5% BF? A bit more than that and you'll need an ambulance.

Ok fair play, regardless however in a 12 week time frame it is very possible to be losing 8kg of solid fat, that in ITSELF will be a huge difference in body composition, bodyfat goals aside lets say i have an aim to lose 8-9kg of pure fat, 12 week time frame that is impossible even with assistance? I find that very hard to believe man.

I will change my goals as stated in my OP instead of BF% goals as you said is very innaccurate especially without running a DEXA scan.

    GOAL IS TO LOSE
    8kg of Pure Fat.

Being at 82kg atm, knowing my body weight in correlation to how i look (body composition) at around 73-75kg i would be exceptionally lean.

If you're at 14% (or somewhere there), I would choose T3 over the other 2 compounds.

Hope i didnt come off as a know it all, im very well aware 14% to 5% takes alot of time even for assisted lifters, but with carb and water manipulation at a low enough bodyfat (say 7%) that would make you look very good.

As for T3, chosen in terms of efficiency or taking into account Sides aswell?

    Thanks austinite...

^ Not at all. Just a discussion bud

T3 works well at just about any body fat. The other compounds really don't show much result unless BF is low. You could introduce them once your reach 11% or lower for an impactful stage.

Give this a read when you have time:

t3 cause it the only compound of those you listed that will remotely help you accomplish what you are trying to accomplish.

Are you preparing for a competition?

Your goal is somewhere close to competition level and its not really sustainable long term in my experience.

At the 12 week mark is fairly close to a competition, if i look like i will do well i will compete, if not its just for my own personal goals i would like to accomplish.

3 percent maybe, if you're a God at diet and training. Maintaining that is merely impossible and any extended attempts would be unhealthy.

    2 percent? Not a chance.

Go with the t3 I'm having great results with it, noticeably leaner each week. Plus it's cheap with little to no sides
