Hello everyone, new to the site and the whole steroid business. I'm looking to get some info on a good simple cycle for gaining. Here's my stats:
-22
-183lbs
-12%-16% bf
-have been lifting on/off since I was 14..been lifting consistently for 6mnths
-very lean build
Like I said, I'm very new to all of this. So any tips and recommendations for a full cycle would be very appreciated.
