Hi guys need some help on this one.
Been doing bodybuilding for long time now and after my last course decided to work towards another goal so started cross fit. So I have stayed big and got in a rather interesting shape. But I am interested to see how I can progress with cross fit and mixing it with a good strength programme whilst using anabolic.
So obviously test will be in there but was thinking of using trenbelone. But I am worried about pumps from the gear any suggestions of courses or add one to limit this?
