Advice for my next cycle.

I am 200lbs 5'11" 25 yrs old. i am looking to start another cycle in the next month or two depending how things turn out. im just looking for advice on a decent plan. I have on hand Nolva, Arimidex , deca 250mg, one vial of test consisting of 100mg test E, 100mg test Cypionate , 200mg test Decanoate, and a vial of 250mg test prop.
my thoughts are to begin the couple weeks with test prop EOD and end my cycle with only Test Prop EOD due to the short ester. but i want to know what kind of plan or (dosage) you think i should take for a 12 week cycle with the test and deca as well as either taking nolvadex or arimidex during and after.

thanks in advance for your help, please keep in mind my last two cycles only consited of Test E, 500mg a week for 12 weeks with nolvadex.
