1st off thanks for a great site. More information and helpful members than I have read anywhere...
Looking to start my first cycle probably 1st of October to gain size. Wanting to get my diet right for a couple weeks before I start anything. I'm 45 years old, 6ft, 190 lbs, athletic build.... Used to lift 5x a week when I was 35 just using your basic GNC sold products and just have that urge to get back to where I was. Just started lifting again after a couple years off due to some tendonitis issues. I realize at 45 it will be tougher. Been on a Test C script with my dr (level was around 290) prescribing only 100 A MONTH. Knew that wasn't going to do much lol, so I decided to just keep the bottles until I had enough to do an actual cycle. Based on what I have read, I am looking around 350-400 a week for about 5 weeks. I will also be taking around 25mg of Dbol per day too during this time. I've heard that taking something like milk thistle is good for the liver when taking Dbol. Hope that is correct. Would this be sufficient to just help gain some size back and kick start my ability to regain some of my youthful feeling and motiviation! I don't have access to anything else other than Winstrol and that's more for cutting from what the profile said. Will I need anything else (AE) during this 5 weeks and what would be recommended afterwards for my age? Not fishing so please don't take it that way, but anything else I may need like AE can that be purchased off the front page of the site or a sponsor advertising?
