My First Cycle => Test-E + Anavar
Hey guys, just looking for some advice on the plan i have set up for my self after doing some of my own research and thread reading.
Stats:
Age-23
Height-5ft9
Weight-162lb
Bf~12% (Already lost about 2% in a month and a half and will be lower by the time i start the cycle)
Aims: Gain some lean muscle mass and cut down near the end of the cycle
Training experience: 3 and half years - sustained injury last year which had me out for 4-5 months
1-12 testosterone enanthate 500mg a week, split mon/thursday
2-14 aromasin 12.5mg eod
4-12 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500ius x2 a week
9-14 Anavar 60mg a day, bump to 80mg a day last 2 weeks.
9-14 N2guard (keeps your insides nice and helps protect liver, BP etc)
15-18 clomid 50/50/25/25 mg a day
15-18 Unleashed/postcycle combo
15-18 Daa powder 3g's a day
15-20 Forma-stanzol
extras: nizoral 2% shampoo for scalp health (reduce hair thinning), ALA and liv.52 for when im on anavar

Please don't bump after less than 15 minutes. Someone will get to you in due course.
Perhaps, in the meantime, you can tell us how many calories you eat and the macro breakdown. Also tell us your stats before you started lifting, you are pretty light for someone who has been training 3 years.NO SOURCES GIVEN

i was around 143 pounds (65kg) when i first started lifting, to what would have been helpless training to anyone with an idea how to exercise. I eat around 2100 calories a day at the moment and my calorie breakdown would be ~180 protein ~170 carb ~40 fat.

just changed it around a bit

Also, as I said I think you are on the light side and should be looking to gain naturally over the next 12-18 months and be getting up towards 175-180 before considering your first cycle. And op first cycle should be test only and hcg and ai from week 1 and tamox needs to be higher read up more bra!!!!!

yes, i really want to keep the var. what is the ideal pct for this cycle? N-40/20/20/20 and C-75/50/50/50?

I would up ur calories, specially ur carbs. Also id chose 1 thing to do durin the cycle, either bulk or cut and i recommend to bulk in ur first cycle and as ur quite light. Drop the var idea, save it for a "cutting" cycle after uve put on some mass with this cycle.
Also post some pics, easier way to assess gains throughout.

Ok, thanks for all the replies guys. Ill put my first cycle off for a while now and get my diet and training in order.
For when i am ready, i think after all the changing i will be doing something very similar to this. Probably without the var.
