You have the advice from 2 or 3 very well respected members in your old thread I recall, all saying the same thing.
NO SOURCES GIVEN
Never run it myself but heard good things about full dosage 1hour pre workout.
split the dose. I dont think id go as crazy as 56x day but 3x/day makes sense. Maybe like 10mg in am, 30mg pre workout, and 10mg in evening-something like that.
full 50mg 30-60 minutes prior to workout (i personally do an hour before my workout)
I prefer to take it all pre workout. Seems like an excellent boost in the gym
the half life of dbol is 4 hours look how many 4hours you're wake and share your 50mg by it![]()
Apparently people have not yet discovered the benefits of dbol dosage spread out and the increased nitrogen retention and rate of protein synthesis and what that can translate into as far as well retained quality gains. Spread our dosage out. like someone suggested you can take a larger dose pre workout, but spread it out.
3x/day ....
You would be amazed what 20mg of dbol split 5mg-10mg-5mg daily will do gains wise to your cycle.
