I noticed I have a small lump under my right nipple, and nome whatsoever on my left.

it doesnt seem to be growing at all.

question is, if I start taking letro to reduce it, how long after letro can I start my next cycle of just Test Prop?

You could start again right away in theory, but i would taper letro off completely first. It needs to be done slowly over a few weeks to avoid rebound.

Once you are off letro, you can look at a new cycle with your choice if AI to ensure your lump doesn't make an unwelcome return.
