Blasting and cruising recovery

Hey guys i really need you help and input in my current situation

Long story short 23 years old, 6ft, 210lb 9%bf
Just finished a LONG cycle which was meant to be
1-10 test p 175mg
1-10 tren a 350mg
1-10 anavar 75mg ed

After this i didn't stop and continued with

1-10 test p 350mg
1-10 masteron 425mg
1-10 anavar 75mg ed

The reason I continued is i am a part time model and have been getting lots of work through out the summer and was in the shape of my life so foolishly i put my looks before my health.

The dilemma I have now is similar, I have all my pct on hand- peptides, hcg, proviron, Nolva, clomid. However after speaking to a knowledgeable member at my gym I was told that doing a cycle like this then recovering for a short time and going back on again ( next major shoot is December) would actually be worse for my health and he recommended cruising, doing a short cycle before shoot in December then doing a strong pct and recovering for 4-5 months. After researching I have to say that lots of people seem in favour of this method what are your opinions?
Will I be able to make a full recovery after that long?
Will I lose more gains after as been shut down longer?

I could really do with some advice as this is my life and my career and want to make the right choices! Thanks in advanced

im going to leave this one to the pros. all im going to say is i came to this site a couple years ago got some great advice that i mostly did not follow and after running some really stupid cycles and then decicing to BLAST AND CRUISE i am now on trt and will be for the rest of my life so please whatever you do LISTEN to the advice that the pros give you on here and really think before you act because trt is for life and it is not for everyone.

The longer you stay on the more the risk of not recovering period! You have already been on to long and hcg should be run during your cycle not for pct but at this point you should probably look up the power pct protocol cause that is going to be your best chance of recovering.

Thanks guys but am I right in saying that coming off then going back on is going to make it even harder to recover? I was thinking of cruisingn at 150mg test a week and 50mg proviron eod, forgot to mention in the cycle above i was running hcg throughout 1000iu a week. Do you think a cycle that long will put me on trt or is there a good chance i will recover if do a strong pct and stay off for while in jan? Thanks

The term 'Blasting and Cruising' should have been reserved for TRT patients only. No one else has business messing with this unless you don't care about your wellbeing/recovery.

20weeks of any oral is bs call, not just for health issues but its not working any more, youll body gets used to the compound! :D

Exactly!

Its like taking ibuprofen for 20weeks, your body will get used to it and wont help cure pain anymore.
