First time anavar user... need advice

Hello all..going to begin my first cycle since I was 18. I'm now 40. I've been hitting weights and cardio and diet has been clean for 12 months. I started at 230lbs and 29% body fat.

I'm currently 5'7 174 with a body fat at 11%.

I have 40mg legit
var caps and was going to take them twice ED for 8-12 weeks.

Any suggestions on supplementation while on this or ANY other advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've read a lot over the past couple of months but much seems to be out dated and I'd like to get some recent feedback.

I was planning on milk thistle and saw palmetto but wasn't sure what dose to take or if I was missing other important components.

Are running test at all?

Popular liver supps are:

I wasn't planning on running test but I have read that's the majority' say run test. I don't have access To test at this time. I asked my dr and he prescribed me the bs testim. So to answer your question muscle ink my friend, I was going to use that junk at 4 tubes per day. That's about the equivalent of maybe 1 cc depending on absorption etc etc. best I can do

Yeah I've also read about that NAC. So basically just the liv52 and NAC for the duration to help liver. Prostate, kidney nothing else to sweat?

Well it's better than nothing! Wouldn't want to suppress your test and have nothing to replace it. :)

To answer your other question, hepatotoxic (liver toxicity) is main concern. Stay well hydrated and kidney function should remain normal.

no need for Liv52 and NAC, kinda overkill. NAC is the better due to more benefits. Dose it 1200 mg Ed and than what muscleink said about drinking plenty of water and you should be fine.

I'm going to disagree. Even at 600mg there are benefits beyond liver function. Low doses of NAC can lower lipoprotein, homocysteine, and help kidney function. If his preference is Liv-52, I'd still recommend a daily low dose of NAC.

Alternatively, skip Liv-52 and double up the NAC.

Op always listen to muscleink before me, MI I kinda think we were saying the same thing :) . I take 600mg Ed NAC and up that when taking anavar. So I was just going by what I do, which was what someone else here recommends. And yes I agree if op prefers Liv52 that's good, like you and I said NAC has slot more benefits than just liver health.
