Is it ok to run deca little higher than test

Hi guys. My next cycle was going to be test at 400-500 mg stacked with 500mg deca for 16 wks and then return to TRT. I will be using ai and have prami as well. I have recently seen members advise to use test 2x higher than deca...is this really necessary if E2 and prolactin are kept in check?

Stats: 215, 6ft @10-12%bf.

Yes. There is no rule to the ratio. If you're monitoring E2, you can just keep prami on hand. AI is a must.

If you weren't on trt, it would be important to get off the deca a week before the tes.

Agreed, there is no rule. Once you find out how you react to test and deca you can design the right ratio.

I personally double the test compared to deca.

I agree the half deca to test ratio is not a complete necessity. Higher deca IMO is awesome. As everyone stated manage e2 and keep some prami/caber on hand just in case.

Actually in my experience as long as you have a good base of Test preferred long ester running you can stack what dose you want as long as you know what dose of Deca works with your body with good results. Most important as said is a Test base. ...crazy mike
