First cycle 4 weeks of tren ace...? My advice is to read, and read on here before you do anything.
Is this all you really have available to you to run or just got some advice from someone about it and have other options? for first cycle might want to run something longer and more generic for overall muscle growth and mass, pct would look the same almost after anyways, I agree with above posters might want to consider other options if possible, best of luckQuote:

Okay after reading is seems that tren is not good to be done alone. Better stacked with test e and tren for 10-12 weeks followed by pct AI's for four weeks

week 1-12 tren e 250mg twice a week and tren ace starting at 25mg ED

what pct and ai's would you recommend for that stack?

I'm hoping he meant test E not tren E. Regardless, OP, the best and safest method is simply to run test E alone for your first cycle and only after you've posted your stats and even better if you go to the nutrition section for advice on your planned intake. If you haven't figured out how to cycle properly and safely, I'm fairly convinced you don't have an ideal nutrition plan.Quote:
