Diet and training
I work 3rd shift i need help on a diet plain and work out plain right now wanting bulk up 165 5-5

Your best bet will be the diet section. Post up current diet. 3rd shifts tough. I currently doing 2nd shift and 10-12 hour days. Definitely not easy for proper dieting but you can manage. Post up in diet section.
