You can get them at getpinz.com.
Some guys will also score the amp with a file and use a pen cap to break the amp but I would be afraid of breaking it because I have bad luck.

just score the neck and break it off with a pen cap.

lololol I had that same fucking problem! Just cut around the neck of the amp with a knife and snap off the top... I hate that it's such a dump idea but nothing we can do about it.
