This is a question that I have also been trying to get real world answers on.

I'm thinking that if I do a cycle or end up on TRT that I might just start using a minoxidil topical to help control dht and if I still see accelerated thinning then get my doctor to give me a script for generic propecia. I like my hair. Not ready for the chrome dome look yet.

Test had no effect on my already thinning hair. However I did grow hair in places where there was none before.

If you're predisposed to baldness, test will speed up the process. But you won't go completely bald all of a sudden.

I've never felt I lose hair on test, but mast is another story.
