    test/ anavar

    hey all brand new to this site
    so im 24
    180lbs
    5'10

    ive done one previous cycle and am looking to get started on my 2nd.
    im considering test e at 500 12 weeks and anavar at 70mg for the last 6 weeks ill run hcgenrate through cycle and blast hcg few weeks before end of cycle . PCT ill run nolva and aromasin .

    My question is isnt running test and anavar simultaneously a little counter productive because of the bloat from test then the hardness from var?

    im going for the hard lean look btw.

    Welcome. We need more info...

    Body fat percentage, what was your previous cycle and what were the results? How long have you been training consistently

    hcgenerate is garbage. PCT with aromasin is Garbage. PCT with nolva only is weak.

    Please post your full and complete cycle proposal including weeks, timing, doses, etc....

    ok so ive been training for close to four years
    body fat % last i checked was at 11% about a month ago
    previous cycle was
    test E 500 a week, 250 mon and thurs,
    Aromasin 12.5 EOD or as needed (it crashed my estrogen at that so i was taking it E3D)
    HCG 500 2x a week from week 6

    PCT nolva 40/40/20/20
    kept 10 lbs after pct.

    Proposed cycle would be
    TEST E - 500 1-12 weeks (250 mon and thurs)
    Anavar -70mg a day 7-13weeks
    aromasin 12.5 EOD or as needed

    Would rather just blast hcg at need of cycle at 1000 iu after last jab but would like input on this?
    i Will be doing cardio in the mornings before breakfast mon,tues,thur,fri
    and weight training monday-fri in the evening for 1 to 1 1/2 hours

    Another question i had was what should my caloric intake be as im not looking to put on a TON of weight 5-10lbs lean muscle with my main goal to harden up and get my abs showing.

    Also would like fact based answers from personal experiance not here say.

    Why exactly is nolva a weak pct?

    Why exactly is HCGenerate garbage?

    ive read countless forums over the past year and the majority of people said
    HCGenerate was great for on cycle?

    I dont know thats why im here asking ppl more experianced.

    Weezy, you can't cycle before you learn how to eat. You can do so in the nutrition section. Our pro's can teach you. Your caloric intake needs to be in excess of your expenditure.

    No hearsay here, brother...

    Nolvadex alone is weak, it needs comid so that it goes into competition mode where they both fight for receptors to bind to. This will resolve any possible issues of excess estrogen at the hypothalamus that may hinder recovery. This competition mode will not happen with the presence of one SERM. They also effect LH differently, which makes for a better chance at recovery. Nolva cannot effectively do any of this on it's own.

    Do you know what hCGENERATE is? It's amino acids and herbs in weak quantities, this has ZERO effect on gonadotropins. You need Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to mimic the LH signal.
