Unless you/someone have access to a lab and know what your doing then no the vial could say 250mg/ml but it is only 100mg/ml

It's always "buyer beware" when you first start out. You take your chances and earn your stripes like many of us. The key of course is not to wreck yourself. Price is not always an indicator of quality.
