I am quite lean about 12% bf at maxShould I go up to a 1.25 just in case?
If it doesn't get into the muscle does that mean the test is wasted completely and ill get no gains?
And does the smaller needle hurt less?
Only done 1 pin so still new to all this. Intend to alternate left and right glute the entire cycle but just want more opinions if 1 inch is enough
