    Injection Sites

    Currently im doing eod pinning on my glutes and delts. I cant do quad as it hurts like ****. Thinking of trying to pin my triceps. Anyone did it before ? Triceps does not have much veins right

    I never had a problem with tri shots. But i only ever put 1ml in at a time.

    Amount of oil depends on how large your muscle part is.

    Quads and glutes can take more than bic/tri

    PIP is mostly self-induced. Poor injection technique. Has very little to do with the site.
