Hi guys I am 14 days into my cycle now and I weighed myself this morning and I've gained wooping 9 kilos from eating 3300 kcal a day. I feel a lot stronger and I've gained a few extra reps on all lifts but am I gaining too fast? Also my blood pressure is a bit high (170/90) any tips? Thanks
