    Need advice on first cycle

    Im starting my first cycle Anavar and sustanon 250 starting monday im thinking of taking 40mg of var every day and every monday and thursday do 1cc of sustanon. A guy at the gym tells me that after my first month of just anavar to add win every other day. Im 26 6"2' 205lbs 15% body fat


    4:30am 6eggwhites cup of oatmeal

    7am 1scoop protein with karbolyn

    9am 6oz chicken breast cup of broccoli
    noon 2scoop protein

    2pm 6oz turkey cup of green beans

    4pm 2scoop protein

    6pm 6 oz of salmon

    i weightlift monday -friday 10-12 reps per workout after i do 30-45 min low intensity cardio. Is there anything im missing is taking anavar and sus bad ? bit neverous never done this at all help is very much appreciated thanks in advance.

    Your diet needs work. What is your tdee? What is the calories of the diet above.

    tdee? and that was just a summary of my diet im taking in 2500-2750 calories a day

    You need to know your total daily energy expenditure. Without that, how do you even know 2500-2750 is enough to gain lean mass? Steroids won't put mass on if your caloric intake is less than your TDEE.

    Anavar and sustanon isn't smart for a first cycle. I hope you've got your AI, HCG and ancillaries for PCT. Anavar has very low hepatotoxicity but I'd still urge you to think about supplements to promote healthy liver function.

    Don't even see test in your "cycle" need to do research prior to hurting yourself. Get in the nutrition section aswell. If you don't have your diet dialed in your waisting your time with a cycle.

    He mentioned sustanon...but agree this is a sucky 1st cycle! Lots of work needs done beforehand friend...

    12pm 2scoop protein shake

    5pm 2scoop preotein shake
    8pm 6 oz fish 1 cup green veggies

    Thats my food intake i totally forgot to put in the exact food. should i start on a test only cycle as my first cycle as stated in the sticky?

    and i sit behind a desk all day. only time i burn calories is when i work out in the am. i did look up my BMR IS 2082CAL MY TDEE IS 2940

    If it was me, I'd cut naturally first and get down to as low BF as you can, then bulk with a Test only cycle and see how your body responds..but that's me..

    I've actually been trying to cut for a while now I've even gone down to 205% but my bf% don't go any lower than that I've seen nutritionist dieticians had different diets workout regime and when I hit the 15% mark and get to 200 and I'll just stay there for 2-3 months they tell me genetically u can't do it. So that's why I'm trying this out

    Well I hate to say it but if you can't cut naturally gear isn't going to help..steroids aren't magic, you need to find away to break through that plateau.
