Is AST and ALT on bloodwork the test for liver values. Will they be elevated on trt. If doing a cycle with orals I know they will be higher, how long to return to normal?

Yes, and possibly affected. Questions are too broad. But NAC can prevent any issues to begin with. If already elevated, it can bring values down quickly. Couple weeks or so.
Use NAC at 600mg daily, that's all you need.

I've been using it at 1800 while using orals. Too much?
^ No, not too much. Depending on the orals, 1800 to 2400 is just fine.

Ok here is more info. I started using NAC 600 Ed maybe 2 months ago. I ran a little var cycle at 50mg Ed, started at 100 after 1 week dropped to 50. Stopped 7 days ago, had bw done Friday and my values were
Alkaline phosphatase,s 38 low 44-102 scale
Ast 43 H 0-40 scale
Alt 62 H 0-44 scale.
I am on trt, my test is good now but my
Estradiol 97.6 H 7.6-42.6 scale
Going to start my AI today, waiting on Dr.

Slightly elevated liver values are nothing to worry about. They can easily go several times higher than the normal range without any noticeable sides. Not saying this is a good idea, but that elevated liver enzymes are nothing to fret about (in the short term) compared to many other lab values.
My liver was a total mess age 24. Alcoholic. The good news is stop the abuse and it regenerates very quickly! Even so I do not use orals as I would rather gain slowly and keep it. I cannot see a lot of point carrying a ton of water.
Good luck but if you have problems just stop. Drink lots of water and you will be fine. Regards. John
it was only anavar, no water retention with it. That's the only oral I would touch. Yea I know I try to drink a gallon a day but I almost always come up short.Originally Posted by John Andrew
