thank you! My PCT ended July 12th. was slipping a little after the 12th, libido wise, but everything is good now and has been for awhile. I did an Oral only cycle and it's recommended that i give my liver a three month vacation. i'm really paranoid about finding gear online. is that ridiculous since i get all my PCT stuff online? i just don't want to be injecting some shit that comes from somebody i don't even know. I've never used a needle.
PCT included the following
1st week clomid + a little pramipexole
second week aromasin and nolva + a little pramipexole
third week nolva + pramipexole
fourth week nolva
then i tapered a little with clomid, but i did it mostly for my GF hehehehe.
oh man it was ****ing awesome, the cycle i mean. kept my gains through PCT and got a little weaker after going off. these last three weeks i've been doing tons of cardio to try and loose the fat i've gained. i'm totally finished with bulking. fuk that shit

looking at the labs you posted, i would say you are fit to.... do whatever you like.
but to accurately assess whether you've indeed recovered, it might be good to compare pre-and post-cycle T levels.

I'd get my potassium up above 4 if i were you. Sodium looks a little high too. Maybe not for normal people but we're not not normal.
I don't think that sodium reference range is correct. 136 - 135 runs backwards. 135 is usually the high end number. Comfortable Na for a lifter should be <100 IMO. Especially if on a cycle.

The usual range for sodium is about 135-145. I think going too far below 135 can be unhealthy too.

my potassium might be a little low because i drink coffee regularly, won't be drinking coffee on cycle. as for salt, i drink a lot of milk and my meat seasonings have a lot of sodium. there is also the BBQ sauce... i see that salt causes water retention.
i found this for milk:
Low Sodium – 140mg or less:
Milk, whole, most brands (98mg)
2%, most brands (100mg)
1%, most brands (107mg)
Goat milk, most brands (122mg)
I get plenty of fat through my red meats, eggs, fish, peanuts, and oils, so maybe i'll try skim milk. though, i think i remember hating it.
