Test e @750/wk too. Much for crossfit?
Running 750 per week. Haven't noticed anything yet but perhaps this dosage is a little high. Is it safe to lower the dosage on cycle?
Stats
Age:24
Height: 5'11
Weight:190
Bf-11%
Current cycle. Currently on week 1 pin 1. (Got test flu first pin, feel like in my gut it's cause the amounti s too high but from what I've read the dosage doesn't make a difference in getting test flu.)
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 375 every 3.5 days (750/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
PCT
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600mg a day
Diet
Around 3500 Calories a day with the breakdown being
40%Protein
30%Carbs
30%Fats
Through personal testing I have found this diet to aid my training the best.
I have done test e before and did not pct properly the first time and used only hcg the second time for PCT. Did not keep an accurate log and feel like a buffoon for this.
1st cycle
250mg test e
Monday and Thursday were injection days.
No PCT. Feel like a moron after reading some stickies here.
2nd Cycle
500mg Test e
Monday Thursday were injection days.

How can anyone answer that without you mentioning goals, stats, and what exactly your cycle looks like?

Lifting 4-5 times a week and doing 2-4 metabolic conditioning workouts a day. 3 on, 1 off regiment.
Honestly there isn't much distance anything. It's mostly all out 12 minute workouts Or pacing 12 minute workouts. Every now and then I have to run a few miles or row a few miles.
Goal is the crossfit games but some of those guys have quite a few cycles under their belt obviously. I don't believe its possible that some of them are clean and jerking almost 400 and still able to do high endurance shit.Last edited by ZaLkeN; 10-09-2013 at 06:04 PM.

Hard to answer your question because people respond differently to these substances(E.G. aren't you the test flu guy from earlier today?) Even at low doses of test I get pumped very quickly and It makes cardio and crossfit type workouts very difficult for me. 3 cycles in you should know by now how your body handles it.

500 I felt great and got incredible results so a little more test doesn't seem like a bad idea. I was more concerned with test flu, but I was also seeing if anyone had any insight. Alpha do you primarily lift? What's your regiment like?
