    New, need advice on first cycle

    Hope im in the right forum, sorry if not. Hey guys im Beau. 6'0 270 lbs. havent tested bf in about a year but ill say about 20%. My best was 2 years ago at 225 lbs. i have more muscle now compared to then, but a little more bf too. Im a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM fitness nutrition specialist. I know, personal trainers dont know everything but im telling you this hoping you'll trust that i have the diet and exercise down. Ive been working out at least 4x a week for about 6 years now. I feel like my energy has dropped and no matter what i eat or how much i change up my training, nothing seems to be working well. I would love some help with general questions. I can tell i dont have as much energy as when i was 22, and have been thinking about some different options. Ive heard Test is the way to go for a first cycle. Any general first cycle help would be great. {{When i was 19 i was peer-pressured into taking a ph called xtreme tren . Didnt know what it was (dumb) but took milk thistle and a pct over the counter and had great results. no sides that i know of.}}
    I currently have good bloodwork. Everything in the 99th percentile. The only thing i dont know are my testosterone levels. Sex drive is still there but i know thats not the only indicator of test levels.
    And please, I dont need people telling me to focus on diet and exercise. I would like some sound advice about what my options are, or what a good first cycle could be. Thanks in advance,

    Beau

    Didn't you post this yesterday? At 20% bf, members here are going to question your nutrition - just be warned.

    Get a full hormone panel. You really need to know where all your levels are at before you do anything. You may be a candidate for TRT and that alone can lead to some improvements.

    yeah i did but i was told to post elsewhere so im still trying to navigate the site. yeah i am guessing on the bf%. Like i said at about 225-230 i was 13% (7 site caliper) and now im around 270 (some days under). I have a lot more muscle since the 230 lb bodyweight. Anyways, understandable with the nutrition part, which is part of my problem. It seems like ever since about a year ago, it is extremely hard to lose fat. I lost 100 lbs from 2007-2009. This might be part of the problem. im not fat, but im not lean either if that makes sense. As far as the hormone panel goes, that would be great if i could afford it! Thats why im trying to figure out what i wanna do with the resources i have.

    And update this thread again with any questions you still have.
