or
Prep 100 + Tren Acc 80 + Mastron 150 + Proviron + Armidex in a 10 week cycle
I am a beginner in this field and got this advise from a bodybuilder, as a beginner and a novice in this field I need advise.

Neither would be a good idea for a first run. If you are not making gains after a year and a half I would be interested to hear about your nutrition plan?

If you do decide to cycle, a long estered Testosterone is the only AAS that you should need.
I do hear ya, on the difficulty gaining, once ya hit your mid 40's...

Have you had your BW done yet? At 44, I would start there I think. I'm saying that from personal experience. I'm 35 and was all set to start my cycle and turned out my test was quite low. Explains the slow gains. If that's the case you'd want to get that figured out first. And I imagine you were planning to do BW before you cycle anyway? So, wouldn't hurt anything.
Also, read as much as you can here. You are going to have to decide to listen to the vets here or your bodybuilder friend. Their advice is not compatible with each other.
