Test E/Anavar/Raloxifene Cycle, Help Please?

So after much thought iv decided to do the following Low Dose cycle in the coming weeks. I was originally going to add EQ into the mix but I think I will put on to much size for what im after.
I recently just came of Letro to treat some gyno which has almost gone but I still have some puffiness which i would like to run Raloxifene to try and settle it down with. I found the Letro actually helped majorly but the joint pain was extremely uncomfortable in my knees and the sex drive loss was ridiculous!
I have my diet in set and my training is at its best, my aim for this is to put on some good lean muscle but with out massive gains.

Age: 30
Height: 6'1
Weight: 102kg
BF%: 10% maybe little under
This is what im planning
Week 1-12: 300mg Test E
Week 5-12: 80-100mg Anavar ED
Week 1-12: .5 Arimidex EOD
Week 1-12: 50mg Proviron ED
Week 1-Continual: 60mg Raloxifene ED
PCT
Week 14-17: Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
So My questions are -
> Should i add HCG into this at all and if so when and @ what dosage?
> Should I run the Anavar 5-12 or run it rite up untill day before PCT Starts?
>Can I run the Proviron in through PCT as well?
My main concern is a flare up again of the gyno, so is there anything I should add or change to prevent this?
