    Win pills ... All at once or through out the day

    Hello,

    i think all is asked in the title ... Thus, im sure ill have most answers saying through out the day is better, but id also like to know what the negative aspect of taking them all at once ... Lets say 50 mg a day

    I would split them up. I take 25mg pills 3x a day.
