I know that you have to refrigerate hcg once mixed but what about for my first injection
I plan to mix it and then inject and then leave it in the fridge.... Or must I mix it and then refrigerate for a few hrs before I inject
In other words must you inject the substance cold or is it merely a requirement for storing it after mixing

First injection is fine. Cold is to preserve potency. Freshly mixed hCG is as potent as it gets.

Nothing needs to be injected cold. I even warm up for sex!!!! generally if the oils (not Hcg) are warm the injection is easier. Regards, John
