just a few questions

Hey guys so I haven't been on a cycle in a while trying something new this time so here it goes I am running test e 300mg one ml weekly, yesterday was my 4th injection and I started tren e 100mg I plan to run 20 weeks so my questions are am I running enough tren? second should and when should I up my dose? How should pct go for a 20 week (I've never run this long) and I've been flirting with the idea to get 9n hgh after my cycle and just stay on that long term how and when should I implement the hgh any help is appreciated want to stay as safe as possible and this will probably be my last cycle so I'd like to get the most out of it
