Hello, I'm doing a cycle of just test e for 12 weeks, 1g/w for 2 weeks then down to 500 mg, I did my first 500mg injection last night and I feel a little sick and tired (it has been around 22 hours), should I lower my dosage because
1. I have heard doing a high dose with a weak heart is very bad
2. I get anxiety a bit
(And yes my heart isnt optimal, my bp is normal though)

There's no way it can suddenly affect your heart that quickly when it hasn't even entered your system yet. That's more like a long time abuse type problem

Also, with your first shot or first few shots you are naturally apprehensive and will experience symptoms that are simply anxiety and think it's because of the test when in actuality it isn't

He is going to do it anyway so why would you not at least help him from messing up too bad.

To the new/junior members, take a look at the numerous threads from young guys who didn't listen to the wise advice of their more knowledgable peers and are now suffering from many sequela associated with shutting down their developing HTPA and may be facing a lifetime of therapy. They are having psychological, emotional, and physical problems and are desperate to find a cure where one may not even exist (other than a lifetime of TRT at a young age).
OP, if you have pre-existing psycho-emotional issues and possibly a comorbidity with cardiac dysfunction, the last thing you should be doing is deliberately shutting down your HTPA and neuroendocrine system all for the sake of vanity. It's absolutely foolish and short sighted.
As to the comment about helping him if he's set on doing steroids, that is absurd. If someone wanted to kill themselves, are we obliged to show them how to do it correctly? Many of us here on the forum feel a moral obligation to endorse safe use of anabolic agents, peptides, and thermogenic substances. We are not required to encourage reckless use especially when it is less than ideal for someone who almost certainly has not reached a stage in development where his/her neuroendocrine system has reached maturity and would be less vulnerable to the adverse consequences of a neuroendocrine suppression or shut down. We aren't trying to hoard steroids from new members, rather we are simply advising them to focus on proper nutrition, quantities and correct macronutrients of food that will drive and maintain muscle growth, and training programs that will facilitate fitness/physique goals. When the time comes that we feel the consumption of steroids would be safe and appropriate for the individual, we are all too happy to assist them and many (not all) on this board support that view. Arguing that we are obliged to guide someone in making unhealthy or risky choices is preposterous.

At 6'4" 75kg your diet is not exactly stellar. Only one injection in you can definitely stop and save the gear for later.
Best would be get diet in check and wait longer to cycle what were you gonna run dossage wise of aromasin and pct

So how was the holocaust? 6'4 75kg and you think you need steroids? This is absurd. Learn to eat and lift. One shot is not going to hurt you. Stop now, sell your gear. ANY gains you do make you will lose as soon as you come off because you don't know how to eat
