I have only heard of people trying to use it as a site enhancement oil. Like synthol. And also just injesting it. I don't know much more than that though.Quote:

MCT oil is just another carrier oil, just like grapeseed oil or cottonseed oil.
It's just really, really thin compared to GSO. pins easier

Thanks for the reply guys I'm still undecided but at least now I know the difference :)
I've used mct oil as a seo, but got little gains.
I think it's just another carrier oil as bb said above but pann uses it so he is the man to ask so pann's your man lol
