my tri's are 130 and LDL around 120.. dr isn't saying much.. one dr said notthing to worry about and one said i could take a statin- i did get a VAP panel but know one seems to tell me much from that. i dont really trust the medical system all that much. i had been to several dr's over the past 7 months and just found out that i have a complete torn tendon with retraction on my rotator cuff..
i am gonna meet with a cardiologist next month to get his opinon..but alot of dr's freak out when then hear i am on testo.. what about you ..what's your dr say about the low hdl? does in increase when you are not on tren ?

GK, will you be going off the testo soon? if that is the main thing screwing up your chol, stopping it may bring things back to normal

fruits and vegetables and cardio are supposed to help with hdl. or your doc may give you niacin.

how old are you may i ask? it seems strange that you need test-replacement to feel normal.

i am trying some niacin.. and i have a pretty good diet. i am learning life and health is strange.. i am 46 my test levels and dhea were basically none exhistant. and after haveing "chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction" for over 12 years with the last 5 being sick all the time...and medicine telling me to take more antidepressants .. working out and getting sick all the time with muscles that never recover in my legs aanyway.. no sex drive.. no interest in anythig and just sick and exhausted is no way to live. i have been on the niacin for about a month and just started the bergamot.. we'll see. . my LDL and trig's are pretty good.
i am 46.. was in interferon therapy 15yrs ago and that pretty much depleated me.

NAC depends on what you're doing at the time. Minimum I recommend is 600mg daily year round. Double to triple that dose in the presence of any steroids and/or liver-stressing drugs.
