First Test Cycle - Need Veteran Opinions/ Comments

I'm am preparing to start a Test C cycle. I have read on many other forums to do my research and then ask for advice so here it is...

Age - 24
Weight -220
Height - 6'0
BMI/BF- 19%
Gym/Training- Gym here and there/ Mainly Cardio

My body build fluctuates greatly. I can drop 20 pounds running but gain it quickly back while eating on the same diet. I understand starting a cycle means full commitment to gym time. I've never had a partner to go with but he brought this cycle idea to me and agreed to go work out together. He is doing his third cycle of Test/Win Stack.

I have never done a cycle before so my first cycle will be Test C only. Here is my proposed plan

Week 1-12 500mg/ml Test C

Week 1-12 (AI) Arimadex/ or Nolvadex 10mg/day

Week 1-12 (hCG) HCGenerate 3 Caps Am/ 2 Caps Pm

PCT
Week 13-15 Clomid
Day 1. 300mg
Day 2-11 100mg
Day 12-21. 50mg

My questions that I need to know is as follows

.5 cc Mon/Thurs. Vs. 1 cc/ once a week

Arimadex or Nolvadex...and daily just to be 100% safe if I have an issue with Gyno. (Different views in research of others opinions)

Clomid - is three weeks sufficient of just Clomid alone as PCT

Hcg - hcgenerate is not the same as an injectable hcg. I've researched and this is another topic that I find people agree and disagree on.

And lastly. my friend suggest a pre cycle plan but I could not find anything about this. I'm open to opinions of veterans please. if I want to spend money and to something I would like to do it right.

Considering your age and bf I think most of us will say you need to wait and focus on your nutrition. Hcg generate would not be an acceptable replacement for hcg either. I suggest you read the beginner cycle stickys, cycles and the young, pct stickys and hit up the nutrition forum

You would definitely benefit from getting your diet in check and lowering you bf% before you start a cycle, preferably to at least below 16%. However if you choose to run this cycle there are a few things you need to iron out. You need to get the injectable hcg, those tablets won't do shit. I'd recommend pinning 250 mg twice a week of the test and 250iu of hcg twice a week. Use an actual ai, not nolva during. Wait 2 weeks after your last pin then start your pct. for clomid 75/50/50/50 nolva 40/20/20/20 and you could continue the nolva at 20 for two more weeks after that. Good luck, hopefully you do a little more research before you start a cycle

PCT
Week 13-15 Clomid wait 18 days after last injection for CYP
Day 1. 300mg no way, lol, 75/50/50/50 for clomid and 40/20/20/20 for nolvadex daily for four weeks
Day 2-11 100mg
Day 12-21. 50mg

Agreed. Commit to training and nutrition. Those are the building blocks. Steroids come long after you are committed to training and nutrition.

Many come here to get some advise to straighten out and tweak their cycles but have done extensive research before hand and understand the basics quite well. WE then try to hone in and tweak, but we cannot school you with a spoon.

Not to flame you, but by your post you seem to not have a good understanding of what you are doing. You are giving dosages in measurements and not in mgs, you don't understand AI's as opposed to PCT and what chemicals/compounds to use. Nolva is not an AI so you don't understand Estrogen control and the possible sides of high and low E2.

So I adise you to go back and get a better understanding of some of the basics. Good luck ...crazy mike

Let me put some more info and see if it helps any. and why not learn for future knowledge. That's what this is for.

I have past training (I just say working out). 4 years of high school football. I agree with fixing my nutrition 100%. If any of you are familiar with the south mainly Louisiana then you've heard of oilfield workers and that's my occupation. I have access to weights where I work in the Gulf of Mexico. But my 12hr a day shifts consist of constant heavy manual labor. On my off time is where I only do cardio here and there. I am not inexperience when it comes to lifting. I am not looking to power lift I'm more interested in gradual body building...not trying to be hulk. Since this post I have spent a majority of my time reading on discussions. Now for future reference

Instead of running Nolva during my cycle which is a serm I'll instead run a dex at .25mg everyday or .5mg every other day.I will do this just because I want to worry about gyno.

The HCC inject 250iu twice a week till last two weeks and blast it 1000iu

For PCT Nolva/Clomid ive seen similar as yours but I heard there's was severe lack of motivation from the side effects. No appetite no gym no energy. is this true?

I had to really look into discussions to understand
AI (a dex) are anti estrogen or they block
Nolva only bypasses it or whichever terms to your liver and only outs more stress on the liver.

And I've also read about pre cycles. Vitamins etc

And along with the PCT I've read to invest in things like Forza Stanzol which is a cream I would have never though to be, DAA, forged post cycle

Most if friends have been doing this since high school. I was never inclined to start. I don't want there advice because they've been doing the same way since then when they didn't know anything about it.
