    Tren and AI?

I will be doing a cycle of 150mgs of test-e 300mgs tren -e/week on my next cycle. Since my test will pretty much be at a TRT dose, should I even run an AI? I've read atomini's guide, he says if test is at such a low level, its not really something you need. I'm just curious what other people have done on a cycle with a 19-nor steroid + TRT dose of test.

Atomini is wrong. This cannot be generalized as it's extremely individualistic.

What's your cycle experience? How does your blood work on-cycle compare to baseline on previous cycles, and what doses?

I really wish we would stop referring to lower doses as TRT doses. That doesn't mean anything really...

This will be my 3rd cycle, I've only had bloodwork done before cycle and post-PCT. Everything has been smooth for PCT's and I seem to recover rather fast to my baseline levels. As far as what doses, my last cycle was 500mg test-e and 250mg of deca /week. I did run an AI(letro), and everything as far as estrogen-related sides were nonexistent. The reason I said TRT dose, is I was thinking at such a low dose of test it wouldn't aromatize into estrogen much to cause sides. I assumed the same thing about it being individualistic, my problem knowing if it's needed is I have never ran a cycle without an AI.

I would not run a cycle without an AI. The presence of a progestin is more reason to use an AI, as that would be your first line of defense to combat progestin side effects. Even the slightest increase in E2 would become magnified with progestins floating around.

It's in your best interest to at minimum, draw your Estradiol serum mid-cycle so that you can gauge your progress with the AI.

Don't worry about the TRT comment, I'm just bitching aloud

At 200 test, my estro is above range. But as pointed out, you won't know how YOUR body will react. Only bloodwork can show if you need one or not. Using tren as well, I'd say start at .25mg e3d and get bloodwork done partway through. Adjust as needed

The goal is controlling E2. It's very possible to do this by using a low dose of test. How much? As mentioned, only BW will tell the tale. An AI is not ALWAYS needed but don't leave it up to a guessing game.

My experience running low test (yes TRT does because I am on TRT lol) and tren my E2 was VERY high. Best bet is to get blood work done 3+ weeks into cycle to know for sure.
