Bodybuilding comp in just over a years time

    Hey guys new here,
Just finished test e 12 weeks at 500mg per week and looking into doing a comp around a year away and need to gain significant size to be competitive on stage
After taking time off and if bloodwork is good to go, what cycle should i do for my bulk phase? I also eat between 5750 and 6000 calories when trying to gain size and this seems to work well.I was thinking something along the lines of

Starting Febuary to May 16 weeks:
    Test E: 600mg
    Deca : 300mg
    Dbol : 40mg

Also any suggestions for the comp prep cycle after the bulk phase? was thinking something like test tren and winny ?
    Stats: 25years old
    Weight: 225lbs
    BF:~14%
    Training for: 6yrs (4years natural)

Yes i track my macros via myfitnesspal weighing everything i eat
    macros are approx: 300P 650C 250F
diet changes from day to day but i ensure i am hitting roughly those macros
i dont discriminate between foods ie. will eat fast food when i want if need be

I think alot of this depends on what you're trying to accomplish, I.E. is this just for fun or are you trying to go pro? If it's just for fun, there's no reason to push too far with the compounds. Being an NPC or pro level competitor might require some unhealthy decisions.

Can you detail it? Actual lists of foods and amounts?

That's an insane amount of fat.

What are your results when you eat like this and what calories do you ingest when maintaining?

as i said it changes on a daily basis. ie. i count macros on the fly
typical staples are shakes consisting of whey, blended oats and mac nut oil and meals consisting of a protein source and rice/potatoes
the rest i fill in with whatever i want
maintenance is around 5000 calories i tend to stabilise in weight and not gain for weeks when i eat this amount. bodyfat has never gone above 15%, naturally ectomorphic from the start and cutting bf comes easily at the moment sitting on 6000calories for the past 12 weeks and I have been tested at 14% bf

well it being a local show i would like to put as much effort and time into it as possible however i would like to make the most out of the least amount of chemical enhancement as possible if that makes sense?

Damn that's a high maintenance amount of calories. Hell I'm 6'4 at 225 pounds at 11% bf doing an extremely physical job and training and my maintenance is no where near that!
