Assuming a 4 week PCT, then you need to wait 14 weeks.

I would list your complete cycle and stats. 250 mg of testosterone for 8 weeks is not really a cycle. Unless I misunderstood.

I am new to the ligo... sorry. I am 47 and want to gain mass and cut. I would like to know how long to take the test and how long to wait to go back on it. Are you saying it needs to be stacked with something else? a cycle is on and off right?

No problem. This is the info I need to help you out:

    - Height
    - Weight
    - Training Experience
    - Body fat percentage
    - Are you a testosterone therapy patient?

There are several things I'll go over with you once you provide the details above.

It means that you are prescribed testosterone by a doctor because your testosterone levels are too low.

Learning terminology is very important as you will encounter many threads during your research (which I hope you continue to do so).

15 to 20% is too large of a range to make any informed decisions. You should find out exactly what it is. I recommend a bodpod assessment. They're readily available in most cities. 15 % is acceptable. 20 is not acceptable. The higher the body fat, the more estrogen you will convert. Estrogen is not good for men when its high. Elevated Estrogen causes gynecomastia (Man boobs), water retention, erectile dysfunction and much more. You can control estrogen with a drug called an "Aromatase inhibitor". Meaning, it will inhibit the activity of aromatase enzymes that convert testosterone to estrogen.

Testosterone cypionate is great for a first cycle. 500 mg weekly is a good dose. You will also need hCG (I'll provide links for research at the end), an AI on cycle and PCT drugs.

Read the following links in the order provided so that you set yourself up to succeed:

    - Explanation of HPTA / Endocrine System & How Steroids Affect You
    - HCG: Why you should use it on-cycle only & how to prepare your hCG for injections
    - My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

    Best of luck to you.
