Punctuation: the marks, such as period, comma, and parentheses, used in writing to separate sentences and their elements and to clarify meaning.

^^^ please learn it and use it.

So the only evidence of you being hypothyroidic is that your face is puffy? Do you have any lab work that verifies this or any other symptoms?

No need to taper up or down with T3 and the chances of you inducing hypothyroidism from T3 supplementation are highly unlikely. Highly. If you really used 100mg than yes you overdid it. A more reasonable dose would be in micrograms (mcg).

Looks like it may have caused him to become bipolar because it sounds like he's having a manic episode. Lol

Puffy face is probably an allergic reaction.

If he were having a systemic allergic reaction severe enough for his face to swell, he would certainly know it. lol

OP: the puffiness is probably just from elevated estrogen and paranoia.

I had Graves Disease in 2007 and now take 225mcg of Tirosint daily as a replacement. I talked my endo into prescribing 5mcg of Cytomel . I wonder...would increasing my T-3 aid in additional weight loss or leave things as they are?

Am I risking anything since I don't have a thyroid?

To your original question: there is no risk to your thyroid system. You can take t3 and t4 as you like to increase your tdee. The risk comes when you go overboard and make yourself too hyperthyroid. Then you might get irregular heart beats and other complications.
