    AAS and various other supplements

I have yet to start my first cycle, as I'm doing a ton of research to ensure I'm doing it correctly. Currently as I'm lifting, I use creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, etc. While on a cycle, what are your recommendations about these other supplements? Would you continue to use them or would it be a waste of time/money seeing as how I'm using stronger supplements in my cycle? Thank you for your advice. Learning a ton from everyone!

Well, are you benefiting from them now?

I use BCAA's all year round as I believe you should. I stopped taking creatine a long time ago. Just a waste of time for me.

Nice question. I think BCAA's are always good if you are working hard.

Not sure about Creatine. I have read positive and negative on that one. I decided to continue with my creatine personally. Is it helping me...not sure to be honest.

Austinite, it is helping me as of right now, but as I begin my first cycle, I wasn't sure if creatine would be making much of a difference since I would be starting with test and eating 3k plus calories per day. I figured that test would add the weight, and thought I could possibly use my money more wisely instead of buying creatine and such.

Thanks Chad, I'll stick with the BCAA's as well.

Well I think you should continue to use them. Their benefits will not diminish in the presence of anabolic steroids .

I'm actually using creatine for my last 7 days before a contest. I'm hoping I'll get the normal 5lbs of water weight from it.
