exemestane and tamoxifen, should I take post or during

I am doing my first cycle. Not sure if its considered a "cycle", I'm just going to be doing test enanthate and HGH. I was given Exemestane(Aromasin) and Tamoxifen Citrate, to take as an estrogen blocker. Initially I thought I was supposed to take them along side the test. But after reading up on it a bit, I'm seeing a lot of people talking about them as a PCT. I also thought, maybe I should take one while I take test, and one when I get off of it. So my question is, when should I take each of these two Estrogen blockers? both during; both after; or one during and one after, and why.
My goal is to gain mass (I'm already pretty lean) and become more aggressive/manly (dont laugh!), and my concerns are hair loss and of course gyno.

Hmmmmmm.....I encourage you to do a bit further reading, however, I will give you some general direction.

Exemestane (aromasin) is an AROMATASE INHIBITOR (AI), not a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) like tamoxifen, clomiphen, raloxifene, and others. An AI should be used for most cycles to prevent aromatization of testosterone to estrogen. A SERM only prevents receptor binding of estrogen, not the turnover of testosterone to estrogen. It is important you understand these basic concepts and why each is different and what it is used for. Elevated levels of estrogen can pose very serious (and potentially life threatening) health risks - much greater than hair loss or gyno. AN AI is used during cycle. SERMs, post cycle.

It is also advisable to run HCG during cycle and for your PCT, two basic SERMS should be used.
