Great resource sir
Very informative. I think I knew major muscle groups were the key but this confirmed it. I knew It wasn't "as seen on TV"
can anyone here with experience comment on whether they prefer the 90degree intramuscular or subcutaneous?
Wow man, very nice share! much appreciate!REP-ed!
thanks for the advice![]()
Great Vids
Thanks
It would be really helpful to add another one explains different "safe areas" to give an IM injection.
Great post, thanks for sharing!
What's up all, need a bit of advice on injections. I've always been a glute/delt user. Just started a new cycle and decided to try the quads, and I love it no pip at all, I'm doing 300 test e twice a week mon/thu. I rotate each injection between left and right quad so in short I'm doing one injection a week per quad. Is this too often? Would you guys recommend some rotating ?
Thanks
Just fyi, this video only seems to play on Safari.

my boyfriend started a few weeks ago. i dont know the brand. all i know is there is a pink needle and blue needle. well the pink one he uses to draw the drug in. that needle BROKE! and he couldnt twist off the pink cap. thd 1cc dripped out while trying to get cap off. finally got the cap off and put the blue needle on the syringe. theres anout 1/2 cc i think he said. his friend who introduced him to the steroid said to inject whatrver he can. he now needs new pink needles and hes worried about fucking up his body even more!! PLEASE HELP! IM SERIOUSLY BEGGING FOR ANY REPLYS
Super helpful for us first timers! Still haven't gotten any testosterone, but now I'll know what I'm doing when I do.
Yet more good advice just by looking
great sticky for beginners or people who haven't injected in a while to refresh proper technique
So is injecting test subcutaneously the new thing?

Not to sound petulant but this resource is pretty average.
Self-administration, site rotation and ventrogluteal injections are pretty much overlooked
there is a web page called spotinjections with a very good illustrations/pictures
Not a huge fan of needles so hope this eases the pain a bit lol
Great resource for newbie such as myself
I really don't like seeing needles but that didn't look as bad as I was expecting..thx for this.
I suppose i won't see the needle if I inject into my glute anyway so no problem..?
