    Hello,

    Is there a substitute to ARIMIDEX ?

    I cant find it in my part of the world

    I dont know where your part of the word is but arr ships international so that may be worth a shot. Also as was mentioned exemestane is another good option for an ai (ass sells that as well).

    Tamox works fine. It's simply not a substitute for anastrozole because it's a different drug.
