Does anyone have link to advice or video on how to pin in leg? Multiple pins in glute are too much. Need another location and have never done anywhere but glute. Want to do it right.

I don't see why not, as long as you have enough muscle tissue in the area

I've used 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch. Really depends on your body fat. If you are really lean (12% roughly) 1 inch is likely enough. 1 1/2 won't be a problem though.
