Need Help
Hello all, let me start out by giving you my background so you understand where I'm coming from. At the age of 17 I joined the United States Army Infantry. I was deployed to Mosul Iraq in 2004 for 12 months and was injured while in combat. I'm married and have two beautiful little girls ages 3 and 5. I am now 28 and am finally to the point where I can hit the gym and workout without being in extreme pain "IE: neck injury." If you can picture a guy that has been pushed to the limit every day for 6 years then all the sudden doing nothing for some time now due to injuries... Yeah that's me. I am by no means a fat ass slob, but at the same time, I am by no means happy with my current appearance. I am working out about five times a week for 1-2 hrs at a time and I also play hockey on the weekends. I'm not noticing much as far as gains go, lost some weight and gained energy and stamina, but my appearance is still not up to par. I am located in WI so if any of you are from my neck of the woods and have the experience I would be deeply greatful for some guidance. Please feel free to PM me. This is something I am very motivated to accomplish! Please help. Thank You

Edit your post. You can't ask questions like that.
Were you an MP?

That's the army MOS for Infantry by the way.
There's no source talk allowed here man for everyone's benefit. We can however help you with the diet, lifting routine, safety aspects and there are plenty of informative articles here on steroids and how to use them. Post your stats(height, weight, BF %) so that we can better assist you. Welcome to the board from another former 11B.

Welcome. Best advice is to read the introductory threads on nutrition and anabolic use. Not a good idea however to hand out personal info or ask about where to find products. Law enforcement watches this site for transactions of illegal compounds (steroids ) and there are many guys here who would quickly take your money and give you nothing in return.
This is the best site for anabolic education but use due diligence when being approached about sources. Read, learn, ask questions, participate in discussions and when the timing is right, you'll eventually learn how to find what you need on your own.
Welcome and thank you for your years of service!

Thank you for the help, wish I had a workout partner close by for motivation. Don't get me wrong I always workout to failure, but allot of times I wish I had someone with me chewing the fat as well.

Go to the lounge and start looking through Marcus's Diary. Wealth of knowledge there.
